Parallel Work
Starting at $145 for a 2-hour session
Sometimes you don't need another plan.
You just need someone beside you while you take the first step.
Parallel Work is one-on-one, in-person support designed for the tasks that feel overwhelming to do alone. Maybe you've been avoiding them for weeks, putting them off because you don't know where to start, or getting stuck every time you try. Whatever the reason, you don't have to push through it by yourself.
Instead of talking about doing the thing, we'll do it together.
I'll work alongside you, offering gentle accountability, encouragement, and practical support whenever you get stuck. Together we'll break overwhelming tasks into manageable steps, solve problems as they come up, and keep moving forward one decision at a time.
Parallel Work is a great fit for things like:
- Organizing a room or closet
- Finally starting your business or another self-employment tasks
- Tackling paperwork or making a phone call you've been avoiding
- Going to the DMV or another overwhelming errand
- Starting a creative project
- Working through a task that keeps getting pushed to "later"
Sometimes the first step is the hardest. Once we get moving, momentum often follows.
Getting Started
Because Parallel Work is highly personalized, we always begin with a Clarity Coaching Session. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, create a plan, and decide whether Parallel Work is the best next step for you.
If you're interested in Parallel Work, you're always welcome to reach out! We can talk through your project and determine whether it's the right fit.
Session Options
Parallel Work is designed to give us enough time to make meaningful progress, so most sessions are booked in longer blocks.
- 2-hour session: $145
- 4-hour session: $280
One-hour sessions are available by request for smaller projects, such as making an important phone call or working through a specific task.
Whether we're organizing a room, tackling paperwork, or finally starting the project that's been sitting on your heart, my goal is simple: to help you take that first step and remind you that you don't have to do it alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next and are ready to make a change—coaching can help, and is a great place to start.
Sessions are relaxed and conversational. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help you get everything out of your head. Together, we sort through what matters and create a simple next step.
Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to move forward.
I have a B.A. in Relational Communication from Boise State University and am certified in Life Coaching and Dispute Resolution.
Yes. Your work with me is confidential and I will not share your information, anything we discuss, or work on with others unless given expressed permission.
It is not therapy, and I’m not a licensed mental health provider. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I’m not available for crisis support.
If you’re in a place where you need that kind of care, I’ll always encourage you to reach out to a licensed therapist or appropriate support service.
Coaching a great complement to therapy, not a replacement. Counseling often focuses on looking back and healing from the past. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. Coaching can build on the healing work that's already taking place in counseling.
Most people start with 1–3 sessions. You can go at your own pace. During our first clarity session we’ll create a plan that works with the support you want, your desired timeline, and budget.
No contracts. You choose what support you need. I don’t like the feeling that I’m just a sale, and I don’t want you to feel that way either.
I will always try to be very upfront about sessions and the cost to set clear expectations before we schedule or you commit to any sessions. Your boundaries and budget will always be respected.
Payment is due in full when you schedule each session. I accept cash, card, & Venmo. Payment plans are available upon request.
If you'd like to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session start time. Cancellations or changes made after this time may result in a 50% of service fee. No shows will be charged in full for the service that was missed.
