Momentum Meetings
Starting at $120/month for bi-weekly sessions
Big dreams aren't built in a day—they're built one small step at a time.
Weekly Momentum Meetings are for people who know what they're working toward and want a consistent place to stay encouraged, think things through, and keep moving forward.
Whether you're building a business, creating art, writing a book, learning a new skill, or working toward a personal goal, these meetings help you stay connected to what matters most—especially when life gets busy or motivation starts to fade.
Think of it as having someone in your corner who's genuinely invested in seeing you succeed.
How it works
We meet once a week for a 50-minute Zoom coaching session.
Each meeting follows a simple rhythm:
- Celebrate your successes
We'll start by looking back at the past week and celebrating every step forward—big or small. Progress deserves to be noticed. - Work through what's getting in the way
If you've hit a roadblock, we'll talk it through together. Sometimes all it takes is another perspective or breaking a challenge into smaller, more manageable pieces. - Make a plan for the week ahead
Before we finish, we'll create a realistic action plan so you leave knowing exactly what you're working toward next.
You don't have to rely on motivation alone. Together, we'll build a rhythm of showing up for yourself, one week at a time.
Is this right for me?
Weekly Momentum Meetings are available after a Clarity Coaching Session, once we've had the chance to understand your goals and determine whether ongoing support is the best fit.
This is a great option if you:
- Are building something meaningful and want consistent support
- Thrive with gentle accountability and encouragement
- Want a regular space to brainstorm, problem-solve, and reflect
- Feel more confident when someone is in your corner
- Want to keep your momentum going instead of starting over every few weeks
Investment
Includes one 50-minute Zoom Momentum Meeting weekly or biweekly (every other week).

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next and are ready to make a change—coaching can help, and is a great place to start.
Sessions are relaxed and conversational. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help you get everything out of your head. Together, we sort through what matters and create a simple next step.
Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to move forward.
I have a B.A. in Relational Communication from Boise State University and am certified in Life Coaching and Dispute Resolution.
Yes. Your work with me is confidential and I will not share your information, anything we discuss, or work on with others unless given expressed permission.
It is not therapy, and I’m not a licensed mental health provider. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I’m not available for crisis support.
If you’re in a place where you need that kind of care, I’ll always encourage you to reach out to a licensed therapist or appropriate support service.
Coaching a great complement to therapy, not a replacement. Counseling often focuses on looking back and healing from the past. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. Coaching can build on the healing work that's already taking place in counseling.
Most people start with 1–3 sessions. You can go at your own pace. During our first clarity session we’ll create a plan that works with the support you want, your desired timeline, and budget.
No contracts. You choose what support you need. I don’t like the feeling that I’m just a sale, and I don’t want you to feel that way either.
I will always try to be very upfront about sessions and the cost to set clear expectations before we schedule or you commit to any sessions. Your boundaries and budget will always be respected.
Payment is due in full when you schedule each session. I accept cash, card, & Venmo. Payment plans are available upon request.
If you'd like to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session start time. Cancellations or changes made after this time may result in a 50% of service fee. No shows will be charged in full for the service that was missed.
